The next Therapist Referral Booklet will be published in March 2014!

The Therapist Referral Book is published in alternate years and was most recently published in January of 2012. The book is mailed to the 750-plus recipients on our mailing list as well as to a large list of local primary care physicians. It is also posted on the MHREN webiste.  

One of the benefits to therapists of MHREN membership is that they can be included in the Referral Booklet. Note that MHREN membership as well as active private practice are pre-requisites for being listed in the Referral Book. Our annual membership cycle runs January 1st - December 31st. How to get listed in the MHREN Therapist Referral Booklet

Individuals

Only MHREN members are listed in the Referral Booklet. You may submit your membership form and dues with your Referral Book Submission Form. The deadline for Referral Book submissions is December 31.

Individuals interested in being listed in the 2014-2016 Referral Book must fill out and submit a new Submission Form for each update of the referral booklet. A new submission form is required of all previous listers in each new publication year (i.e., data from the current book will not automatically carry over to the next book). We will post the new Submission Form here soon.

Agencies and Organizations

We will also be expanding our listing of therapeutic agencies. Membership is not required of agencies who want to be listed. However, an Agency Submissin Form must be submitted by the December 31 deadline. Those practitioners affiliated with an agencies who want to assure their agencies submit submission forms should download the Agency Submission Form when it is posted here and give it to the appropriate person in the agency.
